Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g honeydew melon
  • 60 g spinach leaves
  • 300 g silken tofu
  • 2 cm fresh ginger root [0.8 inches]
  • 8 g wheatgrass powder
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6-8 dates
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 125 ml cold water or a large handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice honeydew melon. Drain silken tofu.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender. Whizz until smooth.
