Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 140 g cashews
  • 100 g pecan nuts
  • 125 g almonds skin on
  • 90 g walnuts
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove - crushed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  • Place the nuts in a bowl. Add the smoked paprika, cumin, crushed garlic, salt and olive oil. Mix well. Add the maple syrup and toss until the nuts are covered all over.
  • Line a roasting tray with baking paper.
  • Spread the nuts on top of baking paper.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 mins until nuts are brown.
  • Remove from the oven when ready. Let the nuts cool down then transfer to a airtight container.
