VegfestUK Brighton : March 29th – 30th 2014

VegFest Brighton 2014

There are only 3 weeks to go until VegfestUK Brighton. The 2 day extravaganza takes place at The Hove Centre on March 29th and 30th 2014.  I attended VegFest London last year and it was a truly inspiring show. You can read all about it here.

VegfestUK Brighton is a celebration of all things vegan with loads of stalls serving awesome food as well as body care, clothes, accessories, gifts and also lots of campaigning groups and merchandise, plus stacks of info, talks, demos, performances, passion and positive energy. Loads of freebies and tasters add to the attraction. People of all ages are welcome and the venue – The Hove Centre – is modern, spacious and well equipped, and suitable for visitors with disabilities.

Whether you are a seasoned vegan, vegetarian or are just toying with the idea of a plant-based diet, VegfestUK Brighton deserves a visit. Here is what you can expect to find at the show:

  • Mouth-watering food treats
  • Cruelty-free cosmetics aplenty
  • Kids entertainment on Family Sunday
  • Live music
  • Expertise on plant-based fitness
  • Cookery tips galore
  • Talks and cookery demos on raw food
  • High-profile guest speakers
  • Workshops on holistic health

The show organisers just announced that the hugely popular veggie online dating service VeggieVision Dating will host a light-hearted, fun and humorous speed-dating session on the Saturday at 1pm  and will include wine tasting, plenty of laughs, vegan nibbles, and the chance to win some fabulous prizes. Entry to this session is free, but space is limited. Email info@veggievision.tv as soon as possible to RSVP.

Also this year VegfestUK are giving their wholehearted support to the Animal Welfare Party in their bid to win a seat in the May 2014 EU Parliamentary Elections – to return a dedicated voice for the animals to the Parliament.
