1. REBEL KITCHEN – ORGANIC COCONUT YOGURT
My #OrganicUnboxed challenge included a lot of vegan goodies to try such as this Organic Coconut Yogurt from Rebel Kitchen. Thick and creamy this is absolutely delicious on its own or with fruits, seeds, nuts, granola or any other topping that takes your fancy. Full list of retailers here.
2. BIONA ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR
Coconut flour is wheat and gluten free while being high in fibre and protein. You can use it for savoury and sweet baking. It is a great replacement for other grain flours but for best results you need to add some binding ingredients such as eggs or chia eggs. If has nice coconut flavour which is lovely for pancakes. Perfect pair with the organic coconut blossom nectar below.
3. BIONA ORGANIC COCONUT BLOSSOM NECTAR
This natural sweetener has a rich caramel taste and a lower GI than sugar. It does not taste of coconut making it really versatile. You can bake with it or simply use it to sweeten yoghurt, cereals, pancakes or drinks.

5. WHAT A MELON WATERMELON WATER
I have a weakness for watermelon so on my visit to the new Holland & Barrett More store in Marble Arch, I jumped at the chance to try What a Melon Watermelon Water. This drink has the delicious taste of watermelon without bits or pips. So refreshing, it makes a fantastic natural alternative to flavoured water. A natural source of potassium it is ideal for hydration and if you are into fitness, it also contains amino acids citruline and lycophene which are brilliant for recovery after working out.
