Thanks to Lorna from Eat Myyy Thoughts for linking up her recipe for Slow Cooker Aubergines in a Chilli-Lime Marinade last week. I absolutely love aubergines especially with an Asian twist. This is a very straightforward recipe that can be made in a slow cooker or a pressure cooker.
