Here is another week of meat free inspiration with two brand new recipes.
I made this “Supercharge Your Day” Green Smoothie Bowl recipe for Holland & Barrett using Linwoods’ milled organic flaxseed, an ingredient bursting with nutrients and goodness. Flaxseed is so versatile, you can add it to cereal, porridge, yoghurt or salad.
This Mango & Orange Ginger Sorbet was created as part of my collaboration with Panasonic. I got the opportunity to try out the Panasonic Slow Juicer MJ-L500. What a great kitchen gadget! The biggest surprise came at how versatile this appliance is. You can not only grind nuts to make velvety nut milks, but can also use this slow juicer to make soups (hot & cold), tofu, cocktails, salsa, tomato sauce etc.. Read more about it here .
