Thanks to Deb from My Boys Club for linking up her recipe and method on How to make Meat-Free Peking ‘Duck’ from Jackfruit. Jackfruit is an amazing ingredient used in vegan cuisine as a substitute for meat. Jackfruit is a fruit which once cooked has a texture similar to pulled pork. Amazing!
