Tofu is one of the most versatile, healthy and delicious foods around, but to get the most out of tofu you need to press it.
The Tofu Press removes water from tofu cleanly and easily by pressing it gradually which gives it an excellent, firm texture and consistency.
Pressing tofu is vital to allow it to absorb marinades or any flavour of the dish. You can also use the press to make your own tofu or use the outer tub container to marinade your pressed tofu.

When you’re ready to either marinate or cook your tofu, simply release the bands by opening the handles, remove the tofu and pour out the water. You’re ready to marinade, whiz, bake or fry your tofu.
