Your 9 Favourite Flexitarian Recipes From 2019 v9

Time to look back at 2019 and find out what were your favourite flexitarian recipes. Thank you for making this year the best so far for The Flexitarian. I am really proud of this community and hope we can motivate more and more people to embrace a flexitarian diet.

What a difference this last decade has made! There is now a third of the UK population actively trying to reduce its meat consumption and the plant-based revolution shows no signs of slowing down. Making conscious choices about the food we eat is such an easy and enjoyable way to make a difference to the world around us, our health and animal welfare. With 3 meals a day, 7 times a week, many of us get 21 chances a week to choose a more sustainable and compassionate diet.

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, Nothing is going to get better. It’s not. ― Dr. Seuss, The Lorax

It has become easier than before to swap meat, fish or dairy for plants as 2019 has been another bumper year for meat-free and dairy-free options being made available in shops and restaurants. Make sure to read with my Veggie News section and Eating Out section to keep up with the latest news.

Without further due, here are your 9 favourite flexitarian recipes from 2019. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2020 with less meat, less fish, less dairy and more plants.
