I prefer my chocolate desserts not too sweet and not too chocolatey. Feel free to adjust the quantities of dates (which here replace sugar) and cacao.
Chia seeds are high in calcium, Omega-3, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus. Raw cacao powder is high in anti oxidants. So go ahead indulge!
