Stylish enough for a dinner party but also easy enough to finish off a family meal. I always make extra so I can have the leftover for breakfast mixed with yoghurt, seeds or nuts.
If you cannot find blood oranges, feel free to replace them with regular oranges.
The passion fruit coulis is fantastic drizzled on top.
