These curried parsnips and peas fritters are made with garam masala, paneer and coriander. They are delicious served with some zingy lime herby yoghurt.
The recipe is straightforward, just make sure that you wait for each fritter to be cooked on one side before flipping them on the other side. I like to make the fritters thin by squeezing them down with a flipper/ turner spatula once they are cooking in the frying pan.
This recipe makes around 18 fritters.
