This Nutella recipe was developed with the help of two demanding Nutella experts (ie: my kids) and after some trial and error they finally settled on this recipe.
It has the right amount of sweetness, has plenty chocolate flavours and is also very creamy and spreadable.
The instructions are pretty straightforward just make sure you have a good blender so it gets as smooth as possible. I prefer using blanched hazelnuts as I found that hazelnut skin gave a slightly bitter taste. Raw cacao and agave syrup can be adjusted to suit your own taste. You can buy raw cacao in health shop. If you are using cocoa powder you will need to play around the quantities
Store this homemade Nutella in the fridge in an airtight container.
