Pineapple & Mango Ginger Porridge [vegan] [gluten free]

This bright and colourful bowl of Pineapple & Mango Ginger Porridge is the perfect ray of sunshine in the morning.

Porridge makes for a super start of the day.  Adding seasonal fruits is a simple way to vary your breakfast.

Here I love the contrast of warm and creamy oats with the I love to add fresh and juicy pineapple.
