Quinoa Porridge With Banana & Walnuts [vegan]

This quinoa porridge with banana and walnuts makes a great super healthy start of the day.

I find it sweet enough as is, but you can add some honey or agave nectar if you like.

I have added maca powder (which you can buy in helath food stores) which is full of nutrients and said to improve energy levels.

Quinoa is very high in protein while being cholesterol-free and low-fat.
