This meat free meatloaf has a fragrant Moroccan twist. Not too sweet and not too spicy (you can always add more harissa if you like), it is made with minced Quorn.
Since being invited to cook in the Quorn kitchen earlier this month where I prepared this Chicken Style Pieces and Leek Pie, I have been experimenting with Quorn.
This meat loaf got the thumbs up from the whole family. You can eat it hot, cold or at room temperature. It makes also a great left over for lunch boxes the next day.
