A smooth, creamy and decadent dessert. This vegan chocolate mousse is rich and delicious.
The silken tofu gives a wonderful texture. You will not taste the tofu as the chocolate flavour is quite intense. This recipe is very straight forward. Just whip the mousse until you achieved the desired smoothness. I have added icing sugar but you do not have to. Sweetness is down to personal preferences.
Serve this vegan chocolate mousse on its own, with fresh fruits or with hazelnuts & mint.
