Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 g apple
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 75 g broccoli
  • 50 g baby spinach washed
  • 20 g ginger
  • 3 mint sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Core the apple then cut into chunks.
  • Cut the broccoli and cucumber into chunks.
  • Wash the ginger (no need to peel it).
  • Alternating soft and firm ingredients, feed the apple, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, ginger and mint into the juicer to extract the juice.

  • This green juice is best enjoyed fresh to prevent oxidation but will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.
