Ingredients
  

  • 4 bagels
  • 8 Tbsp tomato sauce

MARGARITA PIZZA

  • mozzarella
  • basil

PEPPERONI PIZZA

  • pepperoni (I used Quorn vegan pepperoni)
  • grated cheese

CHICKEN & OLIVE PIZZA

  • chicken (I used Quorn Fajita mini fillets)
  • roasted peppers (from a jar)
  • grated cheese

MUSHROOM PIZZA

  • cooked mushrooms
  • black olives
  • roasted peppers (from a jar)
  • grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.
  • Cut the bagels in half and place them on a large oven tray lined witch parchment paper.
    4 bagels
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce of top of each bagel half.
    8 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • Add your toppings of choice on each bagel half.
  • Cook in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden.
