  • 40 g raw beetroot
  • 1 medium apple
  • 350 g carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1-2 cm [0.4 - 0.8 inches] fresh ginger root

Instructions
 

  • Peel oranges, ginger, beetroot and carrots if desired.
  • Put all the ingredients in a juicer.
  • Drink straight away or keep in an airtight bottle or container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
