Flavoured with ground mixed spice, these Christmas energy balls have a lovely holiday taste.

  • Blender


  • 250 g pitted dates
  • 3 Tbsp Quaker Oats 100% Wholegrain Gluten Free Rolled Oats + extra for rolling the energy balls in
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 handful of dried cranberries
  • 1 handful of goji berries
  • 2 small handfuls of almonds
  • 3/4 tsp ground mixed spices


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender. Whizz everything to a paste.
  • Scatter extra oats on a plate.
  • When ready to roll the energy bites, spoon 2 teaspoons of the mixture. Using your hands, form medium size balls. Roll in the oats.
  • This recipe makes around 14 energy bites. Store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
