Air Fryer Asparagus Recipe (with Hazelnut Gremolata)
Crispy on the outside and tender inside, these air-fryer asparagus make a quick and easy spring dish. They can be served as a light lunch, appetiser, or side.

Ingredients
250gasparagus
olive oil
FOR THE HAZELNUT GREMOLATA
15gparsley
zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
1garlic clovegrated
4 to 6Tbspextra-virgin olive oilto taste
20ghazelnut

Instructions
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and discard them.
250 g asparagus
Scatter the asparagus in the air-fryer basket.Drizzle some olive oil on top.

Cook at 200°C (400°F) for around 7 to 10 minutes depending on size.
In the meantime, make the gremolata: chop the parsley finely. Place it in a bowl and mix in the lemon zest and crushed garlic. Whisk in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt.

Dry toast the hazelnuts in a pan. When done, chop them roughly and set aside.
20 g hazelnut
Place the roasted asparagus on a serving plate. Top with the gremolata, chopped hazelnuts, and serve.
