1 portion of apple chips (see link in intro) - make them plain without cinnamon
Increase the oven temperature to 160ºC/325ºF/gas 3.
Put 100g of rolled oats in a blender and grind them to flour.
100 g rolled oats
Mix together rolled oats, rolled oats flour, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup.
200 g rolled oats , 2 tsp cinnamon, 75 ml melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt, 4 Tbsp maple syrup
Tip the granola onto a large baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Spread a little as you would do with the top of a crumble. You do not want it too thin.
Bake for 20 mins. Mix & spread the granola a little bit more. Bake for another 10 mins. Mix and spread again. Switch off the oven and leave granola to "dry" inside for 2 hours or so.
Cut apple chips into chunks. Mix them with the raisins, sunflower seeds and the granola. Store in an airtight container.
