  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • seeds of 2 cardamom pods
  • 1/2 thumb of ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp shelled hemp

Instructions
 

  • Core the apple and pear. Cut into quarters.
    1 pear, 1 apple
  • Put the fruits in a blender with all the other ingredients.
    250 ml almond milk, seeds of 2 cardamom pods, 1/2 thumb of ginger root, 2 Tbsp shelled hemp
  • Whizz until smooth and serve.
