I absolutely love this combination of flavours—the natural sweetness of apples and pears pairs beautifully with the warming spice of cardamom and the subtle heat of ginger. This smoothie is a fantastic choice for breakfast or as a nourishing snack when you’re craving something sweet but want a healthier alternative to chocolate or sugary treats.

Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 250 ml almond milk
- seeds of 2 cardamom pods
- 1/2 thumb of ginger root
- 2 Tbsp shelled hemp
Instructions
- Core the apple and pear. Cut into quarters.1 pear, 1 apple
- Put the fruits in a blender with all the other ingredients.250 ml almond milk, seeds of 2 cardamom pods, 1/2 thumb of ginger root, 2 Tbsp shelled hemp
- Whizz until smooth and serve.
