Apple & Pear Cardamom Ginger Smoothie [vegan] [gluten free]

I love this combination of flavours. This smoothie is great for breakfast or as a snack when you want to indulge for something sweet without reaching for a bar of chocolate.

Cardamom and ginger are great in the Winter to help prevent and relieve cold and flu symptoms. Also they both aid digestions.

Shelled hemp bring some added protein to this delicious smoothie.
