Apple & Pear Cardamom Ginger Smoothie [vegan] [gluten free]

- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 250 ml almond milk
- seeds of 2 cardamom pods
- 1/2 thumb of ginger root
- 2 Tbsp shelled hemp
- Core the apple and pear. Cut into quarters.
- Put the fruits in a blender with all the other ingredients.
- Whizz until smooth.
