Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 g organic jumbo rolled oats
  • 500 ml organic oat milk
  • 3 Tbsp shelled hemp
  • 2 ripe organic apricots
  • 1 handful organic blueberry
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • seeds of 2 cardamom pods
  • 4 whole organic almonds
  • chopped toasted organic almonds
  • few mint leaves - to taste
  • agave syrup - honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the milk, oats and shelled hemp into a container or jar. Close the lid and shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
    150 g organic jumbo rolled oats , 500 ml organic oat milk , 3 Tbsp shelled hemp
  • When ready to use, add ginger and cardamom seeds. Mix together.
    1/2 tsp ground ginger, seeds of 2 cardamom pods
  • Share evenly between two bowls.
  • Top with sliced apricots, blueberries, whole almonds and toasted almonds.
    2 ripe organic apricots, 1 handful organic blueberry, 4 whole organic almonds, chopped toasted organic almonds
  • Serve with a sprinkle of mint leaves and the sweetener of your choice.
