Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe avocados or 1 large one
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice of 2 limes, to taste
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • water
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Place avocado flesh in a blender with garlic clove, lime juice, and Dijon mustard.

  • Blend until smooth, adding water little by little to get your desired consistency.
