Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 3 dates (or maple syrup or honey to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp of shelled hemp
  • 250 ml water
  • handful of ice cubes.

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
    1 banana, 2 kiwis, 1 orange, 1 small handful of spinach, 3 dates (or maple syrup or honey to taste), 2 Tbsp of shelled hemp, 250 ml water , handful of ice cubes.
