  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 dates
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1-2 cm ginger peeled
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
