- 1/2 beetroot
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 dates
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1-2 cm ginger peeled
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.1/2 beetroot, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful frozen raspberries, 1 handful frozen blueberries, juice of 1 lemon, 6 dates, 250 ml almond milk, 1-2 cm ginger, ice cubes
