  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 dates
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1-2 cm ginger peeled
  • ice cubes
(Switch on to prevent your screen from going dark)

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
    1/2 beetroot, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful frozen raspberries, 1 handful frozen blueberries, juice of 1 lemon, 6 dates, 250 ml almond milk, 1-2 cm ginger, ice cubes

    A yummy change from my standard smoothie. I used more spinach- three handfuls and only 3 medjool dates. Delish!
