175gfrozen blueberries
1Tbsplemon juice
2Tbspsugar
2Tbsp water
100grolled jumbo oats
325mldairy-free milk
1/2tspcinnamon
dash of nutmegoptional
TOPPINGS:
maple syrup
nut butterI used almond butter
chopped almonds
shelled hemp seedsoptional
mint leavesoptional
Instructions
Place frozen blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, and water in a pan. Bring to boil. Cook for 3-5 mins until the blueberries are cooked. They should be soft but still hold their shape. Set aside when done.
175 g frozen blueberries , 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp water
Place oats, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg (if using) in a pan. Cook under medium heat until oats are cooked and milk has been absorbed.
100 g rolled jumbo oats , 325 ml dairy-free milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dash of nutmeg
Share porridge evenly between two bowls. Top with stewed blueberries and toppings of your choice.
