Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 g unsalted cashew
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 -1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until you get your desired consistency.
    150 g unsalted cashew, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 -1 tsp salt, 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Transfer the cashew parmesan to an airtight container.
  • Sprinkle on top of pizzas, pastas, rice, vegetables etc... as needed.
