Ingredients
 
 

  • 100 g rolled jumbo oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 500 ml dairy free milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup to taste

TOPPINGS:

  • 1 pear
  • handful of raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp grated dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Place oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder and cardamom in a large jar. Mix well.
    100 g rolled jumbo oats , 2 Tbsp chia seeds, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Top with dairy free milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended. Close jar and put in the firdge overnight.
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 500 ml dairy free milk
  • When ready, sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
    3 Tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • Share evenly between two serving bowls. Top with diced pear, raspberries, almond butter and grated dark chocolate.
