Ingredients

250 g pitted dates
3 Tbsp Quaker Oats 100% Wholegrain Gluten Free Rolled Oats + extra for rolling the energy balls in
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 handful of dried cranberries
1 handful of goji berries
2 small handfuls of almonds
3/4 tsp ground mixed spices

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Whizz everything to a paste.
Scatter extra oats on a plate.
When ready to roll the energy bites, spoon 2 teaspoons of the mixture. Using your hands, form medium size balls. Roll in the oats.
This recipe makes around 14 energy bites. Store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
