Flavoured with ground mixed spice, these Christmas energy balls have a lovely holiday taste.
An indulgent snack, they also double up as a healthy dessert.
I created this recipe for Quaker Oats using their 100% Wholegrain Gluten-Free Rolled Oats.
Oats are naturally gluten-free but can be cross-contaminated with wheat, rye or barley during harvesting or transportation. If you are coeliac, this is a real issue. Quaker Oats just launched 100% Wholegrain Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, where all stray grains have been removed, ensuring you get the highest quality gluten-free oats.
