  • 250 g fresh cranberries
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 180 g light brown sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tsp ground sweet cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the cranberries, orange juice, sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon in a saucepan.

  • Stirring often, heat over medium to high heat and simmer until the cranberries are tender but still holding their shape, about 8 to 10 minutes.
