Ingredients
 
 

  • 125 g porridge - rolled oats
  • 550 ml coconut milk (from a carton not canned)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamon
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp shelled hemp

TO SERVE:

  • seasonal fruits
  • shelled hemp
  • raw honey
  • coconut flakes
  • mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients except toppings in a container or jar. Close the lid and shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to use, divide between two serving bowls (add some coconut milk if you find the mixture too thick). Top with seasonal fruits, shelled hemp, raw honey, coconut flakes and some mint leaves.
