Ingredients
125gporridge - rolled oats
550mlcoconut milk (from a carton not canned)
1tspground turmeric
1/2tspground ginger
1/2tspground cinnamon
1/4tspground cardamon
pinchof pepper
1/2tspvanilla
2Tbspshelled hemp
TO SERVE:
seasonal fruits
shelled hemp
raw honey
coconut flakes
mint leaves
Instructions
Pour all ingredients except toppings in a container or jar. Close the lid and shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
When ready to use, divide between two serving bowls (add some coconut milk if you find the mixture too thick). Top with seasonal fruits, shelled hemp, raw honey, coconut flakes and some mint leaves.
