1banana
1/2avocado
1handful fresh pineapple chunks
1small handful kale - hard stalks removed
1small handful watercress
125mlcoconut water
juice of 1 lime
FOR GROUND SEED POWDER:
1tspflax seeds
1tspchia seeds
1tspgoji berries
1tspsunflower seeds
TOPPINGS:
frozen blueberries
frozen raspberries
coconut shavings
almonds
Instructions
To make the ground seeds powder, place flax seeds, chia seeds, goji berries and sunflower seeds in one of the Sage™ The Boss™ To Go blender cup. Grind for 20-30 seconds until you have a fine powder. Set aside.
To make the smoothie, place banana, avocado, pineapple, coconut water, kale, watercress and lime juice in the other Sage™ The Boss™ To Go blender cup. Whizz for a minute or so until you have a silky smooth texture.
Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl. Top with ground seeds powder, berries, coconut shavings and almonds.
