This Green Avocado Smoothie Bowl is such a great way to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
This Green Avocado Smoothie Bowl is such a great way to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet. I have been trying to include more vegetables in my smoothies, but without the right blender green smoothies can be difficult to get right as tougher greens are hard to blend.
I was so glad to receive a Sage™ by Heston Blumenthal’s The Boss To Go™ to try out. The personal blender promises to pulverise ingredients to make smoothies ultra-smooth. It has a 1000 watt motor and a Kinetix blending action to blend up to a finer texture. By breaking down cellular walls, The Boss To Go™ unlocks the full nutritional value of ingredients.
Reading through the brochure, I realised that there was more to Sage™ The Boss™ To Go than smoothies such as homemade seeds & nuts powders, mocktails or ice lollies. You can even make your own nut milk with it.
Sage™ The Boss™ To Go comes with 2 x 500ml cups and resealable lids so you can take your smoothie along with you.
I put Sage™ The Boss™ To Go to the test making a few different green smoothies, pesto and ice cream. As promised, each time it delivered a silky smooth texture (maybe a bit too smooth for the pesto).
This Green Avocado Smoothie Bowl recipe makes a really nutritious breakfast or snack. I made the ground seed powder in one of the cups and blended the smoothie in the other.
Feel free to play around with toppings if you do not have the ones listed below.
This recipe makes 1 large smoothie bowl or 2 smaller ones. I had some ground seed powder which I had later on with yoghurt.
