100gpecan nuts
125galmonds skin on
90gwalnuts
4Tbspmaple syrup
2tspsmoked paprika
1tspground cumin
1tspsalt
1garlic clove - crushed
1Tbspolive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Place the nuts in a bowl. Add the smoked paprika, cumin, crushed garlic, salt and olive oil. Mix well. Add the maple syrup and toss until the nuts are covered all over.
Line a roasting tray with baking paper.
Spread the nuts on top of baking paper.
Roast in the oven for 15-20 mins until nuts are brown.
Remove from the oven when ready. Let the nuts cool down then transfer to a airtight container.
