The perfect snack for the holiday season, they can also be enjoyed all year round or make a delicious homemade food gift.
This recipe is so easy and so much better than store-bought flavoured nuts as it does not contain too much salt or has no additives.
You can of course adapt the ingredients to include some of your favourite nuts or even throw a few seeds in!
I tend to make a batch ahead as they keep well in an airtight container.

Omitted cumin & garlic and substituted the regular smoked paprika with hot smoked paprika. Delicious and perfectly salty, spicy & crunchy.
