Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 g porridge - rolled oats
  • 500 ml oat milk [US 2 cups]
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • sweetener of your choice - maple syrup, agave syrup etc ...

TOPPINGS:

  • 2 figs
  • coconut shavings
  • pumpkin seeds or any favourites
  • chia seeds - optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour the milk, oats, matcha, vanilla and shredded coconut hemp in a container or jar. Close the lid and shake well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to use, sweeten to taste and share evenly between two bowls.
  • Top with sliced figs and the toppings of your choice.
