Ingredients
 
 

  • 225 g organic honeydew melon
  • 25 g organic kale
  • 70 g organic broccoli florets
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint - to taste
  • 2 organic dates - optional
  • juice of 1/2 organic lime
  • handful of ice cubes
  • shelled hemp to serve

Instructions
 

  • Place the melon, kale and broccoli in a blender. Whizz to liquid.
  • Add the coconut water and mint. Whizz again.
  • Add the dates and lime to taste. Whizz again.
  • Add the ice cubes. Whizz again.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of shelled hemp on top.
