Ingredients
 
 

  • 400 g can of chickpeas
  • 75 g frozen peas
  • 20 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • salt - optional

Instructions
 

  • Drain chickpeas, reserving their liquid in a bowl.
    400 g can of chickpeas
  • Place drained chickpeas in a blender with the rest of the ingredients (except the salt). Whizz to a paste. Add reserved chickpea liquid to get the desired consistency.
    75 g frozen peas , 20 g fresh spinach leaves, 1 garlic cloves, 10 mint leaves, 10 basil leaves, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp tahini
  • Season with salt if desired.
