Ingredients
400gcan of chickpeas
75gfrozen peas
20gfresh spinach leaves
1garlic cloves
10mint leaves
10basil leaves
2Tbsplemon juice
1Tbsptahini
salt - optional
Instructions
Drain chickpeas, reserving their liquid in a bowl.
400 g can of chickpeas
Place drained chickpeas in a blender with the rest of the ingredients (except the salt). Whizz to a paste. Add reserved chickpea liquid to get the desired consistency.
