  • 1 small handful frozen cherry
  • 1 small handful frozen blueberry
  • 1 small handful frozen raspberry
  • 1 small handful watercress
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 small thumb of ginger
  • mint leaves to taste
  • maple syrup - agave syrup or honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients except mint and sweetener in a blender.
  • Whizz until smooth.
  • Add mint and sugar to taste.
