- 1 small handful frozen cherry
- 1 small handful frozen blueberry
- 1 small handful frozen raspberry
- 1 small handful watercress
- 50g broccoli [1.75 oz]
- 250ml almond milk [US 1 cup]
- 2 tsp hemp protein powder
- 1 small thumb of ginger
- mint leaves to taste
- maple syrup, agave syrup or honey to taste
- Put all the ingredients except mint and sweetener in a blender.
- Whizz until smooth.
- Add mint and sugar to taste.
