Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 125 to 180 ml Greek yoghurt, see note 1
  • 1 large garlic clove, grated
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • chilli flakes
  • dill
  • mint
  • walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Place the feta, 125ml (US 1/2 cup) of yoghurt, and the garlic in the bowl of a food processor.
    200 g feta cheese, 125 to 180 ml Greek yoghurt, see note 1, 1 large garlic clove, grated
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add more yoghurt if needed to adjust the dip consistency.
  • Season to taste with lemon juice and salt.

  • Serve topped with chilli flakes, dill, mint, and walnuts.

Notes

Note 1: 
  • you can use dairy or non-dairy Greek yoghurt, adjusting the amount to get your preferred consistency.
