Hi
My name is Richard Arnold I love watching your program which I find is the best on tv for a person in my position
During my working life I worked long hours and in the forces was away for sometimes long periods so it was left to my late wife to do most of the cooking
When she died I like lots of other men in my position had to cook with out the knowledge that my wife had built up on the best things to eat and how to cook them plus the problem of eating freash food when the supermarkets are geared to minimum of two when packaging foodstuff
I would like to take part in your program to help the thousands who are in my position and who are coping but could do with a little bit of advice
Regards
Richard

Hi Gregg and Chris
I watch Eat well for less and enjoy it very much. However I would like to comment that as a shopper I try my up most to consider both food cost, meals and nutritional value.
Therefore I have changed the way I shop n cook for many years now as well as constantly looking at new ways to improve mine and my family’s diet.
I would like to say that I think I have a good routine when it comes to both savings money and getting the most of my meals. I always plan meals and can do this up to 2 weeks ahead. I can also cook up to 3/4 meals from scratch every week. I cater for both meat n lacto vegetarians meals! I live cooking.
So I’m trying to say as much as your program is about teaching people to re-evaluate their shopping habits and diet! I think I’ve already on my way to the ultimate answer to this.
Please don’t feel I’m patronising your show or your values as I feel it’s an important lesson for people to learn and carry on. But if you were to ever make a program called “I do eat for less” then I would like the opportunity to put my perspective forward on this idea!
Good luck and hopefully hear from you soon.
