The long wait will soon be over. In less than 5 weeks, BBC Good Food Show will be back in Olympia, London. Once again the show promises three unmissable action-packed days.
Alongside some fantastic cooking demonstrations and pop up restaurants, you can not only taste some delicious food and wine but also shop for great bargains.
I love the Eat Well Pavillion where you can shop and taste some of the latest healthy products available.
This is without a doubt one of my favourite shows. The last time I was there, I filled up my shopping bag with teff flour, vegan chocolate and some healthy snacks. I also had the chance to attend a talk with Davina McCall.
This year, Paul Hollywood, Michel Roux Jr, Nadiya Hussain, Tom Kerridge and Gizzi Erskine will all be showing how to cook their favourite food in the Supertheatre. A great opportunity to get up close and personal.
If you love chocolate then you will not want to miss out on the ultimate Lindt Excellence Wine and Chocolate Pairing experience.
BBC Good Food Show London is also a chance to get your hands on all the latest cookbooks at the Books stand, and get your copy signed by Paul Hollywood, Michel Roux Jr, Ben Tish, Tom Kerridge or Gizzi Erskine themselves!
Talking about chocolate, books and baking, I am thrilled that Paul Hollywood was kind enough to share, not one but, two scrumptious recipes from his latest book “The Weekend Baker”.
These Chocolate & Date Rye Bread Loaves are inspired by quintessential Danish rye bread. Paired with chocolate and dates, these make a moreish treat for breakfast or snack.
Chocolate chips cookies were one of my favourite treats when I was living in America. Soft, chewy and decadent this Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is bound to delight, everyone. Nut-free you can also slip one in the kids’ lunchbox.
When I am thinking about good food, I often look to top chefs for inspiration and find it fascinating seeing them live in action. Michel Roux Jr. shares some of his top thoughts and ideas before BBC Good Food Show London.
