Fennel Recipes
With its sweet subtle liquorice notes and crispy crunchy texture, fennel is delicious either raw or cooked. You will often find it used in Mediterranean recipes finely sliced or shaved in salads, pickles or slaws. For something different try it roasted or baked in gratins, casseroles, stir-fries or pasta. UK Season: June to October
